Nestled in the bosom of Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey Distillery, the Rackhouse Pub prides itself on a mantra of whiskey, beer and food. Inspired by the world-class whiskey surrounding us and the Santa Fe Arts District we are luckily enough to call home, we strive to meet these high standards while proudly waving a Colorado-made flag.
It’s a poorly-kept secret that there’s no better place to sample the house-made Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey than the Rackhouse Pub. What is often overlooked is that the Rackhouse Pub also features more than 60 world-class whiskeys and has one of the state’s best selections of Colorado-made distilled spirits, collected from every corner of the state.
The Rackhouse Pub has a rotating tap list of 30 craft beers. Colorado has some of the best beer in the world, and we think it’s essential to promote Colorado-made products. That’s why we feature 19 taps of Colorado-made craft beers. We also have a specialty out-of-state tap, often a hard-to-get keg of something special.
“Bar food, made better” is our gastronomic mission statement. We threw out the fryer and source as many local and fresh ingredients as we can. From the Rackhouse Pub’s nationally acclaimed beer-baked mac n’ cheese to our Rackhouse Club, we strive to make food just as we would want someone to serve it to us.
